Sports Massage Therapist and Sports Therapist

I graduated as a Sports Therapist from The University of Worcester in 2021.  During my 3 years there I treated clients in massage and injury clinics.  I also completed placements at various sports clubs where I gained experience in numerous aspects of therapy.  Since graduating I have been applying all that I learnt at a rugby club, while also playing semi-professionally.

I have particular interests in pain management, helping restore normal function and improving performance in sports and daily life.

I am friendly, enthusiastic, relaxed and easy to talk to.  I like to make all my clients feel as comfortable as possible, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.  I am passionate about helping people and will go above and beyond to do so.
